Doron Katz is the founder and president of DoronKatz.com, a start-up sole-trading company that provides end-to-end web, mobile and technicalsolutions for consumers and small businesses.
Based primarily in Melbourne, with coverage inSydney, the founder has a strong professional background through working for one of the largest digital media agencies in Australia, 24/7 Realmedia. Doron has amassed exceptional wealth of knowledge in creating innovative and intuitive Mobile Applications as well as through Coldfusion and Flex creative Rich Internet Applications.

Intro
With a keen interest in Apple products, both software, hardware and complete solutions for businesses, Doron has invested a lot of research into creating an efficient Apple ecosystem, to allow clients to be able to access their documents, projects, tasks and other essential workflows via their Mac, iPhone, iPad, on-site and remotely. As a passionate Objective-C developer with an astute interest in the art of creating impressively designed and functional apps, Doron also provides excellent solutions development and consultancy in iPhone development.
Professional background
As a Systems Officer and Web Developer, he learned to follow a structured project-cycle environment, under great mentors and leadership, working under various projects and maintenance work. Appreciating the values of task and time-management, along with excellent communication to team and management, he embarked on a one year work adventure in southern Europe.
Establishing the web presence for Quality Group in Cyprus, Doron used his experience in structured approach, and organisational skills, along with personal passion for innovation to assist in setting up web components, whilst as a Systems Officer, also ensured complete up-time for the entire company I.T infrastructure, working in synergy with his manager , receiving wide recognition and praise for the hard work and dedication, innovation and constant input of new ideas to the board of directors.
In 2008, arriving back in Australia, Doron commenced work for 24/7 Realmedia (247realmedia.com), as Rich Internet Applications Developer (RIA), specialising in Flex 3/4, Coldfusion maintenance work and minor Perl work. In July 2011, Doron has commenced work with Rice Warner Actuaries (www.ricewarner.com) as a RIA developer.
Academic background
Doron‘s academic background started with a Bachelor of Internet Science & Technology, a unique degree that was rewarded to him in December 2004, from the University of Wollongong, Australia’s premier computer science institute. Doron then completed a Graduate Diploma of Management & I.T, which includes a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer qualification, from Charles Sturt University.
